Subject: June 3rd is national running day

Many of you already celebrate June 3rd (because it is IM_JER's Birthday and reason enough for excitement in the AZ tri-world!)

However, I would like each of you to think long and hard about running a bit tomorrow for the national running day in the U.S.  Distance is not an issue as i am sure PJ puts most of us in the dirt on a daily basis.  1 mile, 3 miles, 50 miles - whatever you feel good with.  Better yet, invite a freind to pace with.

Gee, and I was just going to bike and swim tomorrow. Guess I'd better throw in a run, too!

I have a short one of two completed for today - tonight I plan a longer one after work (going for a touch of the heat!).  Happy running to all and to all that add in an unplanned run - even better!
