Subject: RE: You know what's great customer service?Ironically I was just talking to a friends about how Garmin has, bar none, the best customer service I have ever run across with a company. This is what prompted me to recommend the Garmin Forerunner to him ... and is a major differentiator from the other GPS enabled HR monitor options. He is now going to purchase one (From Costco for the ridiculously cheap price of $149 ) and use it for his training. I have had similar conversations that resulted in purchases by an additional 4 friends who were entering into the sport. I say all that to demonstrate that good customer service does not only keep existing customers happy but also works to expand their sales ... and how happy I am that Garmin realizes this. |
