Subject: Energy DrinksSo anyone else besides me require an energy drink every morning? Usually only during the work week though. Anyone know if the general energy drink hinder performance or anything. I will atleast say this, the energy drink that I drink is a "Low-carb" one. Per serving: (2 servings per can ) cal 25 Total Carb 4g Sugar 3g Riboflavin 1.7 mg Niacin 20 mg V B6 2 mg V B12 6mcg Sodium 120mg Protein 1g Ginseng extract 200 mg Energy blend 3000mg (Taurine, L-carnitine, caffeine, guarana, inositol, glucoronolactone, maltodextrin ) Anyone see anything that could be a performance hinderance? |
