Thanks for the heads up on the Wimberly site. I was planning on doing that.

If you're going to the New Hill site are you interested in carpooling there? I'm just down the hill from you. I was thinking about riding from home, but riding on Olive Chapel at that time of the morning may still be dark and dangerous.

I'd have to check with my wife; my roof rack only has one bike rail, and I'd have to borrow her car and load the hitch rack on it to carry more than one bike...let me check.

I will meet you at the trail end at 7:30

i was thinkin bout riding but if weather turns sour, i dont want my bike chillin in th rain...plus i dont have a lock,...

No worries about the carpool. Mrs. Fatmouse is going to drop me off at the Wimberly site and I'll ride from there and then ride home.

meh...wasn't really racing this run...just going thru the motions saving for obx mary..

I say i gave it about 70-80% involving 1 trip to the woods to make room for more electrolytes....

time: 1:30:00 7th in AG...nothing spectacular.

We need to do this more often.  Triathletes tend to be somewhat hermit-like, but today proves we can actually interact with other humans!

Sorry I'm off-schedule and couldn't join you guys for a run tonight.  I'm trying to work out my between seasons schedule, and wanted to give the mtn/cross ride a try.  It's fun, and I might stick with it for a few weeks.  I pick up my next run-intensive schedule 2nd week of December, so I'll try to make the Wednesday runs if they continue then.
