An opportunity to avoid a logical, problem-solving action plan to a dilemma in favor of venting in an emotional, irrational manner in the safety of an internet chat room. 2. To provide entertainment to those that get to watch other people respond to #1 with debate of a rationale nature, the opportunity push their freakishly unique world-view, or practice their rudimentary philosophy/debate 101 tactics by arguing specific details of said rant - regardless of the actual relevance to the underlying point. |
