When you reply to a thread (like you just did), there is an option just above the SUBMIT button - it reads "Attach a file after posting." Click on this, then Submit. You will then be prompted for the file name/location of the pic. I believe the picture size limit is 100k. |

Other than looking at your-self in the mirror or touching your-self are there any benefits? Dave mentioned that the reason he shaves is because of all the bike crashes! I think that you might have a little more to worry about. Like how do I stop crashing most of my crashes happen during mountain biking which at times crashes unavoidable :P For what it's worth you dry off quicker with no hair on your legs if you're riding in the rain which I've been forced to do all month  Other than that shaving your legs is a symbol of your dedication to the sport, at least to the sport of cycling, don't know about tri in general. I guess the only reason I did it was to see if any or all of the above play true....if not, no biggie, heard all the talk and arguments back and forth, so decided to give it a try...if I like it, it will stay, if not....the hair will grow back!!! So yes....it is true...I must fall into that "mental" category! |

I shave my chest regularly, but haven't shaved lets/arms since High School swim team almost 10 years ago. My wife is always making fun of me. One of her co-workers is married to a personal trainer who nairs his whole body every week, now she's joking about getting me hooked on it. I figure I'll try (almost) anything once. Been planning on shaving my legs for this race season anyway. |

NO hair on this girl but there a few of the other MEN at work that started shave there arms and legs to cuase that way when weld sparks hit there no burnt hair smell... which is always way worse then most burns. |
