Ok I just checked the spreadsheet and want to say a big WOOOOOHOOOOO to dcon for going over his goal, Robin for being 100% for the bike and Will for being 100% for both! Way to go! Now anyone else up for the challenge?

Hiya Christmas Cookies! Way to keep on the challenge, but it looks like we have a way to go. Let's make that last ditch effort. I have three more days and three more workouts to go...

Does anyone know if we're allowed to go over 100% this month?

Happy holidays!

Hi everyone.  Holidays threw me off somewhat, but did a little brick today to catch up a bit.  Now I have two more runs and two more bikes to go.  I am on vacation this week and home, so I should be able to get them in.  Smile

Good evening Cookies!!!I just updated the spreadsheet. I am at 100.7% for runs, and I have 2 more swim sessions to get in this month. One of the swim sessions will be tomorrow, the other should be Wednesday.

Morning Cookies! We are in the home stretch and I can see the finish line. I will make my bike goal for sure, and will almost for sure make the run goal.

Hey everyone.   I got in my last swim of the year yesterday and my last run of the year today.  This month's running was my best month in at least 8 years.

Congrats to Will for hitting 105%!!

Good luck to everyone else in making your goals.

Good morning everyone. I got a pool session in last night. One more tonight and I meet my second goal. I should have a few extra miles to log, too, putting me well over 100%.

Nice job, gotta love going over 100%

I just got to 100% on the run (huzzah!) this morning, and tomorrow morning I'm poised to do my last trainer session of the year!

Ack! It turns out I have strep throat - I reduced my numbers by 10% (does someone need to approve this?) to account for missing the last three days of the month.

Sorry, Cookies...I was supposed to catch up on my swim workouts today and tomorrow after forgetting my swim gear on a 6-day holiday trip, so I'm under on my swimming for the month, only hitting around 72% for that goal. Finish strong for me! If I feel ok I might try to run tomorrow if my throat isn't on fire, but swimming is probably out - too abrasive on my breathing parts...

Awww, I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I was sick earlier this month, then got stymied by weather. I went ahead and changed my goals on my own. Feel better soon!

Went out and bought face "gear" today...not quite a balaclava or however you spell it, but it helped in those cold winds today. Got 5 miles in...5 more miles tomorrow will push me over. I will see what I weigh after the run, but I do not think it will be the 3 pounds needed to reach the goal and help the team.

Good job this month everyone! We'll see how everything shakes out.

Final countdown time! Less than 8 hours left in 2009 for me. Glad I could spend the last month of it as a Cookie. I went a little bit over 100%, and this is the first challenge I've done (although to be fair this is only my second) where I met my own goal.

Attention all Du-December Challenge participants:  Please make sure that all spreadsheets are up to date by 5:00PM Central time tomorrow (that should allow plenty of hangover recovery).  Final standings will be posted tomorrow night!  Finish up those last work outs!!!

Got my run and a bike in today- very short for both 20 minutes each. I am under for the run but over for the bike so I am at 101 percent overall.
Hope that is enough. I feel bad about the lack of runs.
Have wonderful New Years Cookies!
