I'm in and it will be my first IM!  So, so, so excited and possibly (okay, completely) obsessed.  I grew up in Spokane and I'm looking forward to returning "home" for the race.

I was on the fence.  My brother calls me and says "hey I signed up.  You're doing it, right?".

And then there were two.

And now three more of our friends took the bait  We found a big house to rent out for the week.  Should be fun.  Let's just hope for another year with nice weather.

I checked it yesterdy and was surprised it was still open. It should fill up any day I would think?  Last year it filled up close to this time.

I don't know why I keep checking back on it- I'm definitely taking a break from the IM for awhile.

I signed up at the end of July....this will be IM #4. Looking forward to going to CdA for the first time.

I just reserved a house as well and I would advise all of you if you haven't found lodging yet do so NOW! (or else you are going to be staying a long way from town)

A friend  of mine and I are in for '11 CDA.  This is our first full IM distance.  No lie, every time I go to the website I get pre-race jitters and start looking for the porta potty!Embarassed

Congrats on getting in, come join the Official Thread in Iron Distance Race Groups. Ask all the questions you need and get support from the rest of us doing CDA
