Open water lake swim this morning...   probably do two half mile repeats as I'm gearing up for a sprint.

followed by a two hour recovery ride

and then a 5K trail race tonight in Bristol.

Should be a fun day!

Either 3 mile run or 12+ mile bike, depends on what the weather holds this evening. We are expecting showers/thundershowers the next handful of days, but hard to tell until it happens here in the desert. I'll take what I can get. 

Worst case, I'll run on my treadmill if I have to, but I hate the treadmill.

We're supposed to get a lot of rain pushed through today and the next couple of days because of the hurricane. Hoping to do my 1k in the pool, but if not, I'll hit the little gym downstairs and at least run on a treadmill for 5k.

(I need to work out a weight training circuit for myself, but just haven't had the time yet!)

5:30am...hill repeats for a total of 2.5 miles

7:00am...more hill repeats with my cross country runners

8:30am...swim 10X100m

11ish...60+ minute ride.

Is it over doing it to do r, s, b workouts on the same day?
