Last night I couldn't sleep... I made the most delicious PB sandwich and then I was able to fall asleep!

It doesn't care if you never want to do an Ironman.

We had it in COJ way back when. We still have it. We've always had it. In the noise and bustle of the day, we just kind of forgot.

You better bring 2 wetsuits to Mooseman, the water is gonna be 49 degrees! 

you know, i think feel more sorry for people who are allergic to peanut butter than people who are allergic to chocolate.
