I just sold my 2001 GMC Sonoma truck with 130K. Bought it brand new and had onehelluva time putting every single one of those miles on it. (Finally started costing to much to fix)

Now it's a 120K on a 2001 Subaru Outback; 103K on a 2004 Acura MDX, and 13K on a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja
Sorry Big-3, I think I like foreign cars better...

I guess no one here cares about getting the economy going again...

2011 Toyota Sienna for the Misses : 1125 miles.

2010 Nissan XTerra for me : 1100 miles.

Then again, traded in the wife's '05 SUV w/ 90K miles, as things were starting to go on it.  And traded my '08 2-door car (with a mere 24K miles on it) but we're in a different situation now and it made more sense to swap out for an SUV to haul stuff.

Plus, with the trade-in offsets, end-of-year discounts and the new car interest rates, made it worth it.  The trick is saying "no" to all the up-sales.

I have spent over $25k on bikes in the last 3 years.  I'm doing my part.

Before I parted ways with her about a month ago, my 2000 Volvo V70XC (Beatrice) was just a hair under 100k. (I bought the car in 2004 with about 48k miles.) We had a good run together, but it had reached the point where I didn't feel comfortable taking the car on trips more than a few dozen miles from home, so when it turned out that she needed a lot of work just to pass inspection (enough to be totaled), it was time for something different. *sniff*

Now I have a 2011 Volvo C30 (Freyja, also known as my precioussss), and since I'm volunteering to drive whenever we go out of town for the weekend, she's already up to about 700 miles. :D

I want a new ride pretty bad but don't wanna pick up another hefty payment! Don't seem to mind paying thousands for tri gear but when it comes to cars, it stresses me out for some reason!

I had a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (Old Blue) with just over 215,000 miles....stolen and found demolished in Detroit back in May.  Poor Blue.

I now drive an '09 Kia Sportage (Big Red), and it has about 22,000 miles on it.

Okay I'll play - a 1999 Buick LeSabre (lovingly referred to as "Bernie", the old man's car) with 229.5K.

I'm not sure what I'll do ever I ever am able to drive a "nice" car again, but not having a car payment for the last 5 years has been nice.

170k on 2000 Nissan Maxima, 45k on 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Gonna try and put another 50k on the Maxima before getting something else....don't think it's gonna happen though.
