Comments: great day for a ride. the course was really well marked, lots of nice people, great post ride lunch, non cheesy tshirt... I had a blast and that is my PR for distance! (although we did stop at each of 3 rest stops for water and peeing What would you do differently?: not much. I think I was ready, even if my riding has been weak lately. Post race

got up at 4:30, ate a good breakfast, drove to janesville
what's a warm up? this was a ride, not a race, so the first 10 miles were w/up, and the rest was a nice long cool down
