Our rate is $1 at first we used special dollars like silver dollars or Susan B Anthony or the new dollar coin but then they asked the tooth fairy for 'real' paper money. The only exception is if the Tooth Fairy ummm errr forgets or is so super busy getting teeth from other houses, then the next night she leaves $2. |

That will impress the pants off them but you still maybe only shelling out a small figure. Makes for a cool show and tell. Maybe some of the south american currencies like, Chile, Bolivia, Venezuela.
