Pre-race routine:

Woke up to 2 inches of fresh snow on the ground and still snowing. Weather forecast said snow il 10am (race start) then rain til noon (predicted finish). Just perfect.

Drank coffee and water and ate a bagel with PB and honey. Tried to find BTers in the conference room. No luck. Stood in extra long lines for the bathroom. Found some GF's 15 minutes before the start.
Event warmup:

Hard to get anything in. Did some light stretching but otherwise nada.

Comments:

Super easy staying cool with the snow and rain wintery mix the entire way.

Straddled b/w drinking too much and just the right amount. I felt like I had to pee the entire time but drank a bit at all but 1 station.

Factoring in the fact that I've had lots of holes in my run training for this event I'm happy with the new PR but disappointed I didn't reach my goal of 2:05. Might have to add another HR in May to my schedule.
What would you do differently?:

Just need to do more long runs to figure out the whole drink/nutrition balance.
Post race
Warm down:

Got cold fast being so wet. Grabbed some bagels, bananas and water, got changed. Looked around briefly for BTers and the GF's I lost on course but the kids were not cooperating.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

run more.

My GPS says the course was 13.2 and I was cutting every corner I could. I'd love to hear what others got. HR data Min HR: 112 Ave HR: 161 Max HR: 176
Course: Flat by the seashore at times. The last mile was a bit different from the John Kelley Half which made me very confused.

Ah, yes. The New England wintry mix. Great job on a solid PR under less-than-ideal conditions!

Great race on a great race and PR Christina!  Sorry to hear you didn't reach your goal, but it sounds like you did great considering you didn't get all the training you would have liked in.  Best of luck the rest of the season.

Congrats on your PR!  Sorry you weren't able to find other BTers.  Next year we need a sign or balloons or something.  You will be under your goal time very soon I am sure.
