Goooood morning!

4:00am:  1:10/22.75 miles on trainer
5:30am:  30 minutes Insanity Upper Body Strength Training 

6:15am:  Squirted ketchup into my oatmeal instead of on my eggs...D-OH!

According to my plan I have a 60 minute easy run tonight.  Surprised how much more you can get done with a plan than winging it. 

Also similar to teacher I almost put coffee on top of my cereal instead of blueberries!

4:30 Alarm - 4:50 got out of bed - lucky I actually woke up early enough to still get in a trainer ride. 1:45 ride and then a 1:20 run. Still trying to figure out what route to do since I really like loops.

Just finished 7 mile lunchtime run.  Held just under 8:00/mile pace without having to push too hard... I may actually be improving!

Last long run before Indy MiniMarathon (12 miles).  Changed it to today (sunny) from upcoming Saturday (looking stormy).  I'm so sick of running in the rain....

Transition training: 6 x 4 miles biking followed by a 1k run (around 3:30)
