4:00am: 1:50 run. I am so glad after this weekend next week is a recovery week. My body is TIRED!
We finally have a beautiful weekend coming and no softball tournaments...I am going to play outside all weekend long! Hopefully I'll get some sun and even out the silly looking wetsuit tan lines I have!
Just did an easy 45 minutes in the pool. Tapering for my sprint on Sunday. My first OWS so I'm a bit nervous. Unfortunately the pool was 86 degrees and the lake is 68 degrees! Bob
Amazed you do all that and manage to teach. If I did 1:50 before work I'd be stealing from my students' lunchboxes! Friday is my day off (first one since sprint tri on Sunday). But I'm trying to reassemble my bike solo for the first time. I'm timing the assembly for kicks. Still have a pedal to go and one tire to inflate. Taking a break as it's really hot here. 1:10 so far. I'm not sure I'm going to beat my race time. Hoping to get up very early for long run tomorrow--it is nasty even at 6 AM now. Will see Sunday if bike is actually put together right!

38 mile ride this morning, rode to work, will run to the gym to do a 1.2 mile swim, run back to the office, ride back home, dominate lasagna for dinner.
I just love reading this thread every day! Such a great motivator!
Skipped my swim this morning due to my late night helping my son with a school project, and I just might take the whole day off. I'll be back at it tomorrow with my favorite bike/run brick workout.
5:45 a.m. pool swim in very rainy and windy conditions - only 4 people brave enough to show up! I only got in 1100 yds, but that's better than zero. I'll be making up for it next week!
Tomorrow is a 5K in the morning with friends who are just getting into running, then a 2-hour bike ride in the afternoon. It will probably be on the trainer as we are expecting more heavy rain tomorrow.
