I ran into an issue last night, and it is probably just a setting, but I thought I'd mention it. I use Chrome as my browser on my netbook. It is uncapable of following a route, even when the checkbox is filled. It always wants to go direct from A to B. But "Follow a Route" works fine in IE. Odd, but that is my experience.

Thanks a bunch for all the effort you've put into BT!

This is still working for me on all browsers. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Can you described what actually is happening? What do you mean by "now I can't keep on the roads". Can you give us an example route?

One thing to be aware of is that if "Follow Roads" is turned on , Google Maps won't let you create a route that isn't accessible. For instance, I have a bridge in my area that was recently closed. With "Follow Roads" checked, it won't let me create a route that goes over that bridge.

What OS? It's working for me in Chrome on Win7, but I'll try it on my wife's netbook with XP later and see if there's an issue with it.

It isn't a big deal, but thanks a bunch. Chrome on XP. Like I mentioned, IE on the same netbook works fine, so I have a workaround. Not sure if many others are using Chrome on XP.

Thanks again!

Gotta be honest, it's a knock off. But it did a good job in the sketchier dives that I occasionally plied my craft.

Thanks again!

It makes some interesting swim routes until you turn it off

Nice feature. Now for running routes on a divided hwy, it will not let me run against traffic, I have to uncheck it to get that plotted.

We're going to change this so it remembers how you last set it.

I am running Windows 7 viewing with Internet Exploder. Sometimes, my routes I'm mapping will double back and then continue forward again. I've also tried to simply have the program make a turn onto a different street and it routes it all jacked up (not even on roads). I can try to make one screwed up on purpose if you want? Lemme know.

This would be due to Google's logic, I'm afraid there probably isn't much we can do about it. Does it happen in specific places?

I finally got my butt back on the bike and really like this feature.   BT is the best.
