Expert  831    Raleigh, NC |  Subject: 5K PR todayI did my best ever today in a 5K...24:50. I have only been running for a year. I'm not the type to say "yeah for me"...but I just had to today. It was also my wife's first race ever. |

Pro 4189 Pittsburgh, my heart is in Glasgow | Subject: RE: 5K PR today add me to the list!!! granted mine was 42 (maybe 40 to add matt crossing time) which means about an 11 minute mile, but it was also a little over 5k...and on SAND..and with a special "problem"...and I DIDN"T WALK AT ALL!!!!  I was so proud of myself!! |
