Ain't life grand? Nothing but day after day of simple choice and consequence. The choices can be fun, but the consequences often equate to headaches, queezy stomach and sensitivity to light.

I went to work  majorly hung over (I say I was hung over but I think I was actually still drunk) to my first job right after college.  That's when I learned REAL quick that I couldn't go to the bar on Thursday nights anymore.  It was the worst torture ever!

Maybe someday I will learn my lesson.  Getting drunk isn't just for Thursdays anymore.   We all went out last night for one last Texas celebration as a group.  And for the record...0600 is DAMN early!

has got to be the worst kind of punishment a person can endure for a night of heavy drinking. Sucks when the person to blame is one of your two bosses and the other one thinks that you should have to work hard today..

Man I'm in pain..   alas...

WHAT !!!!!???  CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!  CAN YOU SPEAK UP PLEASE!!!!???!!

Haven't been hung over since the kids came along - my mistake, I was hung over one time and I remember the kids coming into the bedroom to wake me by jumping all over me. Somehow they didn't seem to care that I was out partying the night before.....

12 years alcahol free and sober for me, I don't miss it at all. But then again, I don't remember any of it either.
GOOD LUCK!

Last time I was hung over at work was 20 years ago. Thought I would ahve to tie myself to the chair so I wouldn't fall out. Quit drinking 15 years ago and don't mis the morning fog. Of course being older I still get up foggy just no booze the night before! My cure for a hangover was a 1/4 pounder with cheese.

Nondrinkers are LAME! Just kidding, sorta. I haven't gone to work hung over in, hmm, 1 day straight! I'm on a roll.

Need to eat grease to settle the stomach. I prefer mcd doubles. Take it easy on soda, pop the pain killers like Bret Farve.

Here is the key; do not do anything that you can't review the next day. You will make a mistake and don't let it make you regret it.

Once you get the hangover you're pretty much screwed. The key is to chug some water before you go to bed.

Although... when I lived in NZ they had this energy drink stuff like gatorade called E2 but it had lots of vitamins & stuff and was great for hangovers.

You need to pit the two bosses against each other, not fair that they're both obviously trying to kill you.

Hangovers do suck...

Work is easy.

Try showing up for PT at 0600 when you got staggered home around 0430.

Unfortunately, I didn't seem to learn...

Been hungover too many times in my past at work but the best story I have after 8 years of bartending in college and part time is Christmas parties and always the wildest I woked was the hospital in my home town. Yes those were the following days I prayed I did not need any medical attention!!!!! PLus the only true injusry I ever saw while working several hundred parties was a nurse dancing on a table then ten minutes later in an ambulance with a broken leg.

funny you should say that, they fought today... over my new office..

There you go--divide and conquer. Work 'em like divorced parents: "Boss number ONE says..."

Water before you sleep. Also chamomile tea if you have someone less toasted mess with boiling the water.

Speaking of, I hear my kettle...
