Comments: Great 13 miles...then the ITB kicked in. Did run/walk with my pal Trixie and Chippy and Stake. IT ROCKED!!  Post race

During the painful miles, I just imagined that I was running with you on a training run at Shelly Lake, and all was right with the world!
