Great 13 miles...then the ITB kicked in. Did run/walk with my pal Trixie and Chippy and Stake. IT ROCKED!!

This was the most fun race ever! Trixie and DB8 kick ass...and Chippy and Stake joined us at mile 18 for a fun and fabulous finish!

I had a blast--great job babe, even though I'm the sucky "ditch Shannon" friend. I definitely would have had WAY more fun stickin' with ya'll!

Thank you for inspiring me to do this race.  It wasn't fun the entire way, nor was it easy ... but it was worth it!  During the painful miles, I just imagined that I was running with you on a training run at Shelly Lake, and all was right with the world!  You did a great job at having fun in your run, and that is what it's all about!  ILY!

Wow! You ran 13 miles dealing with ITB.  You're incredible.  Way to hang in there and run that thing.  Congrats on your finish.
