I think I heard that song before, and always thought that it was Rod Stewart who sang it. James Blunt.. never heard of him.

No, not bad at all  - I just think this is one of those songs that's destined to get misused as a romantic song (like Every Breath You Take).

I first heard the song while watching Smallville. That scene is what initially comes to mind when I hear it (Lana is hot).

I'm OCD when it comes to music, song gets stuck in my head and I can't free myself from it for like a week.

Ack. Talk about a LCD song, least common denominator. Soooooooo overplayed. I have to swallow vomit every time I hear it.

i have been so there, looking a girl that i wanted, but i KNEW i could never have (since i could tell she would give me a spelling test, or play scrabble with me...). just nice to think of how wonderful she seems, a lover from afar. i have always wondered if there was a girl that looked at me like that... its a song that encourages me to have more b@lls and ask a girl out. i feel that way so may times at work, just working with a fellow student, and thinking this chicka is cool, cute; and i freaze and dont ask for a number. but i find solstice in the fact that "how can they be the one if we dont end up together?

the best line is "we shared a moment that will last to the end" (like when comet invited me to spoon...). second best is "i saw an angel that is for sure" (i love it bc i see so many girls that i swear are angels.. they are too wonderful to be human)

i love the song, untill my rommate sang it all winy and nasily, i cant stand the song now...
