Feb 15 227 Got sloppy on my eating! did great on my workouts, but with doing almost 2 hrs a day of work outs I was feeling week and splurged. back to Eating better and eating to fuel not to fill! Let's do this! 2/1: 203.6 2/8: 203.6 I figured after the weekend I had of eating that I would be lucky if I didn't gain a pound. Glad I got in all the training I did so that it wasn't worse. Now to get back on track. Need to keep my eating super clean this week and get my miles in. Also got some exciting news this week that I will be part of the American Cancer Societys Determination team in the NYC marathon! So now I have my A race for the year and it will be November 4th so I should be in good shape going into the winter! For clarification I just got asked because its a fundraising team, not because I am fast or anything. But NYC is a once and a lifetime deal so I will take it. 2/15: 199.2 I only have theories as to why I dropped 4 lbs in a week. I was 201 last Thursday so I was only a day off from losing 2 lbs last week and 2 this week. Anyway you look at it I am on track to get to my goal this month! I am keeping up with workouts and eating healthy. I never feel starved or crave anything. I am also Under 200 for the first time in 8 or 9 years and I have this website/group to thank. I finally put my goals on paper and had people keeping me accountable. Now I have an indoor tri this weekend that I am hoping to set personal records in all three legs! 2/22: 198.8 I guess the big loss last week stuck around. Didn't keep my eating clean over the weekend so I didn't lose much but I am still under 200 lbs! Still working towards my goal and trying for another pound this week! |

I might actually make my Feb goal of 186. so close and feeling pretty good. although the two Krispy Kreme doughnuts and OVERTIME at work are making it harder.

I am trying to record everything little bite I eat, but my daily total calories are reasonable, always have a cal. deficit, but obviously not big enough to really see some poundage drop. I'll be kicking this week, hope to end the month another # down. On the up side I went to work with my shirt tucked into my pants. Haven't done that since before I was pregnant for the first time 14 years ago. I always wear big, long shirts, as if people won't know that I'm fat underneath. |

So, the big weigh in - I usually do Monday, but since it's my birthday and the end of the month.... 267. That's a loss of 12.3 pounds in February, 18.7 since mid-January when I finally committed. I should also add, it's at least 93 pounds down from my highest recorded weight. Once you see 360 on the scale, you tend to stop looking. Whatever it actually was, I will celebrate 260 as a major milestone. March - bring it on! |
