I am in again.

I was 213lbs this morning. Up a bit from last week but My muscle mass has gone up, due to all the weights and core work I am doing. I am ok with this.

2012 I AM GOING UNDER 200lbs

And I am doing it with TEAM SKINNY... WOOT WOOT

I am in again. I feel like i make progress then for some reason the weight comes back on. Got no idea why or how. 

Think i need to really cut out a few things and start cleaning up my diet seriously and weighing the food that i eat. 

I have noticed that highs are lower but my weight flutcuates so much with water rentention it is disheartening week on week. I mean i can loose 3kg of water in a exercise session

Start weight 94.0kg or 207.2

Goal: 91kg. consistently

Question for the group... waht is the most succesful way you have lost weight?

I'm back in for another month. January was a good "get started" month. Exercise is up, weight is down a bit. Lost 1/2 inch around the ol' spare tire. I feel good about life.

January 1 -- 216.7 lbs; 42.0 in

February 1 -- 213.9 lbs; 41.5 in

February goal -- 211 lbs

End of year goal -- 180 lbs, hoping to be ex-clydesdale by June

I'm back after not posting my weight the last 2 weeks of January, mainly because of the embarrassment of not having lost.  I really wish I had done a better job of journaling my food those weeks when I was in a good groove, losing quickly back in Nov/Dec.  I'm trying desperately to get back into that mode and refind that mojo.

Anyway...

Feb. starting weight: 190.5 

End of Feb. goal weight: 184

Overall goal: 155 would be nice

Why do I like food so darn much?

Im back in , I will weigh tomorrow morning and use fridays. I have been pretty stable thankfully, I had surgery in Dec and havent really been able to get after it fully untill last week. Whatever the start # is Im going for 5#.

I am in again. I will say that my starting weight is 189 and my goal for the month will be 187 or lower. the holiday, my anniversary, and some foot pain have combined for some weight gain.

I looking to get back to mid summer weight of 185-6 in april/ may and push into the summer lower than that, hopefully 180 or so.

I'm in! Struggling to get into the rcording food and workout mode, but am keeping track of food on a pad till I get it on the computer.
Sorry I'm not responding much, but I am keeping up on the posts and enjoying the inspiration.

ImTriing - I don't know the P90x system too well. Is it endurance lifting and cardio, or more body building/cardio?
I love interval training and lifting heavy weights. I guess it's silly as I'm female and I do a lot of lifting for not much gain - but I do enjoy it.
I had a trainer at the gym tell me that if I want to do tri's to let the bodybuilding go. I'm doing lighter weights, slower, to exhaustion.
I'm treadmilling and stationary biking to build a base for beginning some tri training in March.

I'm 5'1 and hit a high of 200 lbs. Been 170's for a few years.

Wow great to see so many of us aiming for 200 or under...

As a former Team Skinny guy that started at over 265 here this is awesome to see. I made it down this far with this group.

So I am sure this is the group that will help hold me accountable to be under 200.

Today won't be the day based on how bad I ate... but I will be back on track. 90 mins spin class tonight.

Had been as low as 291.6 middle of January. Have been taking a week off after extreme foot pain resulting from 6 mile run Sat and 1hour cross country ski on Sun. Plan to take weekend off, then start up cautiously on Mon.
