It's a toss-up between peanut butter pie or coconut cream pie. I just don't see the point of attempting resistance.

Dessert I can't resist...anything that has sugar and chocolate...especially those that end up in my house.  I recently made my mom her "annual" carrot cake with cream cheese frosting - added coconut and used walnuts....MMMMMMMM!  But then I also made chocolate cheesecake with thin mint crust and thin mints sprinkled on top....once it cooled - that was pretty darn good.  I can't say I remember making anything that didn't taste good - looks...it doesn't always look good...

I think in our house, you'd be lucky to have DT make dinner and me make dessert!  (Hey!  Fat girls know how to bake!!)  Monday's dinner entree was chicken-bacon-shrimp tacos and a carrot cake cupcake/muffin for dessert.

Sometimes for recovery I will open the peanut butter jar, pour maple syrup in and then spoon it out.

Butterscotch cookies.

Make traditional homemade chocolate chip cookies. Substitute the chocolate chips for butterscotch chips. YUM!

Or a good bourbon soaked fruit cake. (I make one in October, soak it weekly in 2oz makers mark, and serve it up at Christmas. Awesomeness)

You really have to ask?

However, technically, these fit into any category--appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert ...
