I recently made my mom her "annual" carrot cake with cream cheese frosting - added coconut and used walnuts....MMMMMMMM! But then I also made chocolate cheesecake with thin mint crust and thin mints sprinkled on top....once it cooled - that was pretty darn good. I can't say I remember making anything that didn't taste good - looks...it doesn't always look good... I think in our house, you'd be lucky to have DT make dinner and me make dessert! (Hey! Fat girls know how to bake!!) Monday's dinner entree was chicken-bacon-shrimp tacos and a carrot cake cupcake/muffin for dessert. |
