What will they play at the end of a soccer game now?

Or is this just a tactic to sell more records?

So sad. They're probably one of my favorite anarcho-communist, post-punk bands of all time. Top five or six at least.

Let's raise a toast in their honor. Perhaps a whiskey drink.

Or a vodka drink.

Or a lager drink.

Or a cider drink.

In their honor, I suggest we sing the songs that remind us of the good times, and then the songs that remind us of the best times...

I wonder how many of us thought that, yet you were the first to post it.

I can't say I'm aware of any of their other songs beside Tubthumping, but it was a good song!

Please tell me that in 30 years they had something else that they're known for.

They're a punk/anti-establishment/anarchist group from all I've read about them so having a top 40 song was not on their list of things to do. I do know they turned down a multi million deal with a sports clothing company for one of their songs. They've put out about 15 or 20 albums on independent record labels.

But if you've ever watched World Cup Soccer, odds are you've heard at least one more of their songs.
