Good morning BT! Not sure what's on tap for me today...maybe swim, maybe bike, maybe run! Maybe all three! Feeling good after yesterday's race so I'm good to go!

Planning on some sort of light recovery workout in a bit, maybe hop on my mt bike and ride a smooth trail. I can't believe how sore I am the day after my first oly.

Beat 40 min for an Oly run. Why not when I've never quite made 20 in a sprint before. And did it after breaking 1 hr on the bike on dead cycling legs (too much fatigue coming in, ~30 watts under goal power).

Not sure what I'm doing either. Had hoped to ride with local club but Red Rover is acting up--for some reason I can't shift out of my big ring. Afraid I'd get stuck on a climb. LBS not open today. So probably just an easy run.

Swim day today.  Intervals, methinks.  50's and 100's.  Haven't swam in a couple of weeks so need to check form and strength and speed.

Kind of taking an easy day today to let the body heal, decided it was a great idea to go over top of the handlebars last night while mountain biking, alittle bruised and cut up for landing pretty hard.

Did an easy swim this morning of 20 minutes, didn't keep track of distance just swam. (910XT comes back tomorrow after being replaced with no questions asked. Had water in the display)

Gonna do a track workout later today also.

I did a pretty tough 51 mile ride, included a cat 2 climb (per mapmyride)!

60 mins on the stationary bike with some new workout tunes.  Legs were tired at the end so I backed way off.  Slurped down some Recoverite after I was done and that almost always guarantees fresh legs for tomorrow's swim.
