Goal for Sept 30:  227

Final goal:  211

After 211 - reassess and consider sub-200 weight as an ultimate goal (have not been under 211 since 1977).

Sign me up. Summers are so tough for me as I have lots of unstructured time; I'm a teacher.

Now it's time to get real. Long term goal is 145. Starting weight is 171 this morning.

Goal for 30 Sept (my 45th birthday) is 165.

Wednesday's wake-up weigh-in is.... 258.4.

Down just a little from last week, but the holiday weekend was very busy.

I'd like to join if it isn't too late.  I keep battling and losing/gaining the same pounds over and over...just can't seem to get things moving consistently in the right direction for months now.

Started 8/22 at 180.2

Last week = 173.2

This week = 176.4 <bummer>

Too much fun, BBQ and drinks over the Labor Day weekend and not enough workouts. Back on track today with a good workout at lunch and maybe some time on the trainer tonight - if I can just get that baby to sleep on time. Smile

218 this morning (no change from Tuesday).  Of course I just started.Sealed

 

Looking forward to hitting all my workouts this week.  3 Core plus Strength training, 1 swim, 1 bike and a 1 run.  Starting my low intensity winter maintenance plan for 8 weeks.  The will do it again for 8 weeks with more higher intensity SBR workouts.

On a side note, I found an old school record that my mom had kept.  When I was 14 I weighed 176.  I was not fat, I grew very fast and was head and shoulder above everyone else.  THought that was interesting and puts things in perspective for me somehwat

Had to share this:

Yesterday I was giving my boys hugs before I left for school.  My youngest, 7, puts his arms around me and says "I can get my arms all the way around you."  I told him its because I've been losing weight.  Without hesitating he says "or my arms could have gotten longer."  So today, as I put on my belt, I am down one notch!  I immediately found that little stinker to show him and disprove his arms are growing theory.
