I want one! (Page 2)

I am set up pretty well for this one. I have an iPhone 4 so I skipped one upgrade, my Verizon upgrade is due in November so I am all set to get an iPhone 5 after the first of the year once they fix the inevitable software bugs and such. Looking forward to see what they upgraded!

One great benefit of having 3 kids with cellphones is I always have upgrades available.

The release isn't too bad, but if you saw the leaked photos, you've seen the phone.

So far I've just read some summaries on cnn and such...and I still want one!

It's definitely a huge jump from my ailing 3GS...the updated camera and speed would be more than enough for me!  But there's other stuff! :D

I wonder if I pre-order on Day 1 when I'll actually get it.  I really would love to have it in hand prior to my 9 Oct departure for Kona...I'm afraid that if I wait a week to pre-order I'll be so far back on the list that I won't get it forever! :D

On thing to note, from what I read, all of the iphones (back to 4 if I read correctly) will receive the new ios6, bringing everyone's phone up to the latest and greatest.

The only difference from there will be the hardware ie- bigger screen, camera, and processor.

please don't laugh, but I'm a blackberry guy- who can type on those apple keyboards? I thought they were coming out with that virtual, or hologram keyboard thingy to allow fat-finger people like me to type, but as far as I can see, they did not...

BB user for 3 years before being a iPhone user for 6 months now.  To answer your question - not me.  In the case that RIM is still in business when my contract is up Im going back, teenagers will think Im less cool but I'll be happy.

Your goal in life is not for teenagers to think you're cool... well that's my motto at least My kids are doomed when they get older...

I am looking forward to getting iOS6 on my iPhone 4 next week, should be a nice upgrade!

I was set on upgrading to the 5, but apparently if I do I will lose my unlimited data with Verizon unless I pay full price for the phone. Gonna be a tough one to decide between a new phone or unlimited data. 

Might just stick with the 4 with iOS6.

I'll admit I'm a fan of the black...never understood having the white one.  I prefer to add color via case.

And I always get the largest one. :D

But a whole new charging cable is less than that!

I'll probably buy ONE adaptor for my car charger since that is fairly new.  But the phone will come with a connector cable...I might buy one extra connector cable because I like to use one to charge it in my bedroom and keep one near the computer.  But that's convenience more than anything else.
