Subject: Inspire "close" button float?

Is it possible to have the close button float on the inspire window?  Having to scroll to the bottom to close the window, vs always being able to click in the upper right corner.  

Or perhaps at least having a close window button at the top and bottom of the window?  For users with lengthy inspire lists ( *cough* Whizzzzz *cough* ) it would be a nice addition.

I would also like that.  It would also be nice if pressing ESC would close it.

And not sure when, but I notice on inspire windows today, there's a fixed header bar with the close [x] button!

Yes, and you can even move the box around in certain browsers.
