Is there a way to log just comments when you have a day with no workout but you want to re cord the reason why, thoughts, etc.? Have not been able to figure out a good way.
If you go to your 'blog' view, you will see a 'blog it' button. That is for general comments. If you log via the calendar, click on 'add activty --> comments'
