Subject: Run 100 miles in December!
A bit late starting this thread for December but here it is! I'm at 30 miles in so far.

I have some patella tendonitis in my right knee area so I took some time off running this week while working on range of motion and strengthening. Might be good so I can PR this coming Sunday at the Holiday Half Marathon.

The 16 miler I pulled off last Sunday may have aggravated it. I felt some soreness a few days before that run but thought it went away but I was mistaken because I started feeling it after 7 miles (I think). >.<

I raced really well at the Holiday Half Marathon yesterday despite how my right knee was feeling all week.

Nice work man! I've been nursing my right knee since the race so it looks like I'm gonna miss out on the challenge this month. I'm being super patient about it so I can heal well enough to train well in January to make it to Surf City Marathon in February.

Gonna put in bike workouts since they don't aggravate my knee.

Last run of December completed. 166.45 miles for the month. A pretty big month building towards the Dopey Challenge.
