Subject: Spirit of Racine Half Ironman Triathlon
I had fun but still need to figure out my nutrition. I believe this is what is causing the cramps.
I drank lots of fluids on the bike and the run. I took so many endurolytes that I felt like I had to vomit.

nice job grizdog! I was one of the guys taking off the wetsuit in the water! That is when my calf cramped up. My wife says the pros just zip down the top and run with their suits on until T1. I think I'm going to try what the pros do!

Griz, Great race and nice, detailed race report.

It was so nice to see you on the bike (even if you were flying by me). I was starting to feel really lonely out there and it was nice to know you were there, suffering racing along beside me.
