Finally… Apologies from me for the delay in getting up the updates... I could give ALOT of excuses but I’m not going to... I will try and be better next week! |

Aaw thanks... yup after 100% thats it.... of course you get the pleasure of achieving yuor goal but you cannot achieve more than 100% for your team (and yes I will be checking the spreadsheet before I post the final tallies) Dont worry, a lot of teams have people upping there goals which is probably a good thing given that running can tear up the body if you aren't conservative with upping your amounts Im not too worried as it means they are feeling strong :) Edited by kaqphin 2007-10-18 5:48 PM |
