Comments: I did a good job pacing myself, I think. This race was full of capital "R" Runners (only one other triathlete besides me!) so I could have easily burned out trying to keep up to them early on. What would you do differently?: Not be late! Post race
Warm down: Too busy yakking away...stretched a bit and ate all the homebaked goodies that were there. What limited your ability to perform faster: Genetics??? :) Event comments: Only one water station at km 6...we all needed one earlier! Last updated: 2004-11-07 12:00 AM

Ate breakfast at 10:30. Stretched a bit before leaving. Had a Clif Shot about 10 minutes before.
I had only 10 minutes, so I quickly got myself together, ran for about 3 minutes and stretched a bit. Noticed that MY BOSS WAS THERE! He is the president of the Kingston Road Runners.
