Master  2125   |  Subject: 12/9 - SCT Ride 1pm from Floyd RoadTemperature is supposed to be 68*. Sounds like an awesome day for a nice zone 2 training ride. Ninja is coming and plans to go an hour. I need to get in 2 hours. Come one, come all, there will be a pace to suit you. |

I like to blend into the background. I was also anxious to ride yesterday since I have not riden or complete any workouts for 4 months due to work schedule. Last night is the start of my next season training. Rode 35 miles, ran 15 minutes, and swam 10 minutes -- my body is not happy but now I know what to fix. Hope to ride more with ya'll ...... Knee was screaming by mi5 and I just did not have it in me. I felt like getting off my bike and throwing it as far as I could and walking back to Floyd.  Had a great ride on Wed so I was bummed at having a crappy one yesterday. Thank goodness for the two great friends that rode in with me!!! UGH |
