Comments:

Mark ran with me today which was nice. It was harder with the snow and ice out there. The hill back up the dam about killed me. But overall, did fine. Finished in the top half of my age group which makes me happy.
What would you do differently?:

Train better on uphills.

Hung out with the BT crowd. :)

On the drive home, I "raced" Drew on Santa Fe.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I suck at uphills!

You don't suck at uphills! Uphill running is mostly mental... and I know you are mental... so next time just remind yourself of this and you will fly up the hills!

Nice 10k, chica!! It's hard running in the snow etc....that was FAST

Come on you guys...20F/-7C is starting to be WARM around here (can you tell I'm jealous)

Good job Cathy!!!  Come run in Evergreen for hill practice!  Can't find a flat run around here other than the high school track....  I'm hoping for warmer weather on the next one too -- it's much more social

Seriously ... I can never find anyone at these races!  Looks like you did great.  Those hills do suck and I need to get more training on them too!

Nice run on the snow & ice!  By the time the snow melts (whenever that is ) you should be flying up those hills.
