Shamrock Sportsfest Marathon - Run

Comments: had a great time, the best four hours i've ever had (except when i'm with mr. trixie) the first half was exactly as planned, DB8, Fit, and myself ran at 9:00's with 2 potty stops (i had a BAD experience with KASHI go lean) and at 13 fit's itb fell apart. so DB8 took off and left fit and i to annoy everyone the rest of the course. unless you have met us, you wouldn't understand. we did a 5 min run 1 minute walk the rest of the way (with 5, yes, i said 5 other potty breaks, damn that kashi) yelling and screaming and laughing and singing and calling cadance and grabbing each others parts, you shoulda been there:) we met stake and chippy at 18 and they joined in the party, we continued yelling and screaming and laughing and singing and calling cadance and grabbing each others parts. so much fun. What would you do differently?: prolly nothing, too damn much fun was had. wait, i might get a heathier friend with a better itb. j/k baby, i love you:)  Post race
