I think my bike needs cleaning or something--after trainer ride floor was covered with gray specks of unknown origin. I have a terrible feeling there is a huge amount of grit/gravel gumming up the gears! |

No complicated set to get my arms hurting, just a 1k warmup then 6x500 free/pull with the last swim being a TT. And cool down. |

Temp was 30 and I overheated (just sweated a ton) wearing what I wore at 22 degrees a few days ago...If it gets to 35 I'll probably ditch the tights and the UA cold gear top for something thinner... Anyway, tonight I'm going to the LBS and most likely picking up a closeout Cannondale Super Six w/Rival OR a CAAD 10 also with Rival...It will depend mainly on whether they can fit me to the Super Six as it's a 56cm and I probably need a 58...However short legs and long torso gives me some options.. I'm more excited than a 10 year old on Christmas eve...!! Have a great day all!! |

Yep I will take the indoor track over the TM any day as well although it is a lot of trips around the small 200M indoor track that I have availible to me Its kinda like swimming laps in a 25M pool when you are used to a 50M one.
