33 minutes in the pool at 5:30 AM

20 minute high intensity run right after the swim.

Go to work.

50 mile group ride at 5:00 PM

Upper body (low weight high rep) weight workout after the kids go to bed.

Wow that seems like a lot of activity when you write it down.

6 fast miles on bike, followed by 1 mile run. I am just starting my training as i am a newbie, i will practice my transition from bike to run, my neighborhood block is .9 mile so it is almost perfect.

 Later today swim 5 x 200m splits at ? pace (I'm slow)

 Third tri on Sunday, Luray sprint

14.5 miles bike ride done...I couldn't finish my supposedly 20 miles the rain was over me and I had to go home....I got all wet...

Hope to swim this afternoon if the weather allows me....

1,200 yard swim this morning.  That's it.

This weekend will be a test of whether this faster pace that I seem to be able to do in the pool gets translated to the OW in a race.  Going to push the pace this swim.
