Well I haven't. I was too busy studying Georgia O'Keefe paintings this morning.

I didn't read it, of course. But, I have kind of an unrelated question.

I took a picture of the Washington Monument and colored in red the areas that I get chafed. So I apply lotion to the affected areas. But now, my problem is that I never seem to be able to make it out of the house to get on the bike. Any suggestions?

Less motion in the application of lotion?

I hope it's a lot better than the last three albums.  When St. Anger came out, the single started out rocking, then all of a sudden the song shifted gears and James sounded like a horny cat.  Between the caterwauling and screwed up tempo, I was feeling St. Anger for having paid good money for it.  They haven't had a decent album since the Black Album, and I'm hoping for songs that get the ol' heart pumping again.  I'm tired of groups that sound like growling dogs while they sing.  I don't understand why every metal band today wants to sound like a demon when they sing.

Loved Load and ReLoad, but agree 1000% about St. Anger.  It sucked bigtime.

The new "single" they are playing big time since 2:00 yesterday is an 8 minute song ..... so we will be getting long songs on the album knowing them.  Which is fine for me as I am sick of the 3:30 radio crap that people put out.  Like Opeth, Metallica plays for themselves and the true album fan.

The song starts off somewhat mellow and builds.  There are a lot of changes in it and it probably could be a little shorter.  But it definitely rocks in my opinion!!

That's quite a coincidence.  Just the other day I was working on a few suggestions for improvements to the Washington Monument.  I didn't want to offend the original artist so I just took a picture of my junk and painted on the extra bits.

Small world!  (Um, not referring to the picture).

That thread should be required reading for everyone with a significant other that bikes.  I like the solution they are suggesting.  Not that I read the thread or anything.

Its shame they don't want me reading the thread. My wife rides and we have done riding  vacations together. She has some great wisdom on products and tips to avoid chafing. Out of spite, I will refrain from sharing her wisdom.

Yea I'm digging the new Metallica song.. After St. Anger I had about giving up hope. But now there is hope! If the rest of the album bombs.. well there is still Opeth.

Speaking of Opeth ....... they've also been playing a cover by Metallica of Remeber Tomorrow on the radio originally by Maiden ...... which was also covered by Opeth!

As bad as a bunch of midddle school students. Tell them what not to do and that's what they do. Yeah, of course I read the thread. And by the way, I have no problem w/ the Triathlete swimsuit issue.
