My favorite rider is David Z. Really like his attitude and style. My favorite non-American is Vladimir Karpets.

Had a tough time between Zabriskie and Farrar, but I think Farrar has a huge upside in the years to come, and I see him pulling a stage victory in this tour.

Heinrich Haussler for mine. The guy is tough and after along time in the wilderness at CA he gets a big chance at Cervelo TT. He is always in the mix and seems to have a heart the size of a football. GO HH!!

It's gotta be big bad Jens Voigt. That guy is always racing hard. Oh and he happens to have the same name as me

Georgie.

I've always been partial to super-domestiques over the big stars.

Zabriskie is a local guy, so I have to put my vote in for him.

I'll be honest because I'll bet several of you are fooling yourselves...(Jens Voit? Seriously).

I like Lance.  I'm a fan of a bunch of them, but if anyone else wins, I won't be amazed like I would if Lance won.

Teamwise, I'd like to see Garmin Slipstream kick butt because they're the first to take their testing seriously, but they're kinda rudderless.

Another Jens Voigt fan. Love it when he goes up front to set tempo and shreds the peloton

Lance.  Also like Hincapie because he's such a great team player.

I like seeing Cavendish winning because he's British, although I don't particularly like (or dislike) him.

Yes, Jens. Because it's not all about GC. Sometimes it's about STYLE

I think it's funny that Lance has far and above more votes, but few post to claim their vote. I voted for LA. It would be absolutely amazing if he won this thing. The others would be just another winner of another tour, a LA win would be EPIC!

There is a long, LONG ways to go but he showed today that he is serious, and has an edge of experience.

Well he is a polarizing figure.   Lots of people like him, and lots don't.  I'm in the first camp.

But I admit that for me it's also name recognition, since I'm not up on all the other riders, and the fact that he's riding for a cause that's very important to me.

Something about watching Lance race gets me fired up.

I also like Big George. I always think about something Phil Liggett said about him in a previous TDF. He had pulled Lance to the bottom of the last big mountain climb of the day and blew up. Phil says "Now all he has to do is haul his giant carcass up the mountain." Or something to that effect. That line pops into my head every time I am climbing a big hill.

I also always root for Cadel Evans because he was on the Volvo/Cannondale MTB team back when they were at the top and I was a lowly shop rat at a top Cannondale dealer.

Jens is so cool. Who wouldn't want him in their team?

Anyone seen the WWJD T-Shirts? They are so cool....

George and Tyler get my vote.  It's really exciting to watch Cav and LA race though.  Jens is always great. Lots of good options.
