A "Belgian waffle with a bananas, pecans, mini-chocolate chips and honey on the inside"accompanied with "an 8oz glass of FF lactaid milk and a granny smith apple" would utilize all my energy in the procurement, preparation and consumption, leaving none for training. x2 in addition with apple juice before just cuz I like it. The waffle and all that stuff in it sounds good after training, before, no way! my stomach would be like a bomb waiting to explode and all that fat consumed most likley won't be utilized as energy anyway... |
