Subject: RE: 12.29.11 Thursday's TrainingI haven't been able to run due to PF issues. it's been 9 days since I last pounded the pavement. So, did another hour on the spinning bike, just like yesterday, and the day before that. Then my coach walks into the room and I ask him when I can run. After telling him how it really doesn't hurt much, just a little achey, he said to try out a 10 min jog on the 'mill. So YEAH! I got to run- even if it only was for 1.25mi. If it feels good tomorrow morning- I get to double it... although I'll probably do 3+, because I don't listen well. |
