fixed that for ya. regardless of distance (or elitism), the whole point of training is progressive overload. resting before any event to reduce the fatigue you're carrying is never a bad idea if you want to perform your best. I've heard a lot of people who are going to do this....they're are not necessarily multi sport athletes, but it just seems to be the talk around town that people are gonna try this duathlon! triathlon is hot right now, but this doesn't require people to learn how to swim. pretty sure that's about it. i won't be racing victoria's (enjoy your hill repeats!) but i'll see some of you at woodstock for the sunday modified sprint  cheers! -mistress k |
