My February consists of a rest week (my Build period doesn't line up directly with the January month ), 2 full weeks, and a taper week before a Sprint Tri.
Goals
Swim: 312mins (~10km's )
Bike: 780mins (~312km's )
Run: 468mins (~47km's )
The goal is to reach the time, but the distances are just approximates, going by my average speeds.
These times include my race, which hopefully won't take all that long!
