Subject: People Who Don't Train. Why Are They So Fast?I did a triathlon race at my university yesterday and I came 2nd. The guy who came 1st doesn't train for triathlons and I have been training for nearly a year.
Iv'e found out I'm more and endurance athlete and not really big on speed at all.
The distance was 250m swim, 5k bike, 2k run (basically a sprint I think? )
Yea so just a question, how does this guy who maybe runs 2-3 times a week (I know this for a fact as he is one of my good friends ) beat someone like me who trains specifically for triathlon races?
I'm not throwing a tantrum, just woundering how this all sorta worked out?
