This movie is so wonderfully awful that I loved it. Coke machines killing people with flying cans, electric carving knives coming to life ("Did it bite ya' sweet thing?" Pure gold. I challenge anyone to top it. I LOVED Maximum Overdrive as a kid! I was just thinking about that movie the other day...how I wanted to find it online so I could purchse the DVD (if they actually make it). One I can't turn off if it happens to be on is Over the Top. Arm wrestling, a wimpy brat kid who doesn't stop crying through the entire moive, big huge trucks and Stallone. What is more horribly awesome than that??? |

Saw it was available on netflix today. I added it to my Queue. I don't think my wife will enjoy it as much as I do. |
