Survived the night in a hotel room with a snoring hubby, two daughters & a puppy...thank goodness today is my day off! 14 mile run tomorrow-hoping the rain stays away!
taper workout with my training partner (who is training for an IM in October, me, I am training to keep up with her training!) before my olympic tri this weekend. 4:00am saw us do a 8 mile run and then I did a 500 meter swim to cool off.
It was also kind of cool that the 2 of us got back just as the running club at our gym was stretching and warming up for their run. I kind of felt good about my run this morning as we finished before they even started.

Mind numbing straight set of 3000 yards in the pool this morning. I have no problem swimming 3000 yards, I just can't count that many laps at 5:00 in the morning.
40 minute run today at lunch - hope the rain stays away. After last friday's no shirt extravaganza, it is hard to get back to rain and tights.
Some short bike commute rides through the day.
About a 5 or 6 km run at noon.
I'm watching the weather and hoping for a longer ride outside after work.
New record for me, jogged (Although slow) for 8 minutes, then walked five, then jogged another 8 minutes! (This is huge for me, I've only run a mile once and that was 25 years ago)...

Ran for 1:30 in the pool, then did 4 miles on the treadmill-- my longest since January! I'm liking the running on land after running in the water-- good practice for running with tired legs. Then did 40 mins of core & physio exercise work.
5.3 mile run at lunch today. Enjoyed the change of weather in the great Northwet when it went from having the sun peaking through the clouds, to having hail and snow being dumped on me. I am sure my co-workers think I am nuts.

For me an hour of spinning and then strenght training and core this afternoon. First time I have lifted weights in about 7 years. I have a feeling I'll feel it for the rest of the week.
