Subject: RE: 06.22.11 Workout WednesdayMornin'! Last night: 2x3mile run/walks: Bad night for asthma; my DS had a T-Ball game, and the field is 3 miles from my house, so I went there on foot with about a 2:1 ratio of easy jogging to walking. Did the same back home, only it was half 'n' half jogging/walking. (I refuse to give up my miles. If that's the way I'm going to do them, at least until my beathing clears, fine.) This morning: 1600 yd. swim workout: 100 w/u, 16x50, 3x200, 100 c/d. Went well. Tonight (God willing): Hill workout on the TM and ST. |
