Goooood morning all!

4:15am:  30 min run

4:45am:  Insanity Max Cardio Circuit

Later today:  hill repeats with my CC runners. However, weather is supposed to get pretty nasty by the afternoon, so we may be indoors.  If that's the case, I will torture them with one of the Insanity workouts I need to make up.  They'll loooooove that...not!

Have a great training day!

Today will be about 3 miles of slow & steady running through the neighborhood in the evening. Hopefully it will be a bit cooler by then.

Teech, thanks for starting these threads everyday and helping me stay accountable.

Enjoy the rest of the week, we are halfway done.

1 hr ride this morning on the new bike. Felt awesome. Looking forward to my 1 mile swim after work tonight, but not looking forward to the 24 hr Fitness I have to go to. Pool is pretty bad and always crowded (with people not working out).

Hope everyone has a great Humpity Hump Hump.

30 mile bike ride today, then a couple miles open water swim this afternoon.  Going to be a windy day, but I need the added challenge.

It is an incredibly beautiful day here. I am looking forward to getting on my bike and riding for a couple hours. It's been nothing but lots of running for the past 4 days and I need the change!

AM: 30 minute run. Interesting as streetlights were not on at 5 AM and it was pretty dark.

PM: One "hour of power" on stationary (Jorge workout); 25 minutes of weights.

Plus 10-hour workday with aide out sick, so shepherded my students up/down four flights of stairs about five million times.  Who needs a stairmaster or hills? Gonna sleep well tonight!

Attended a 'run training' class before work; mostly stability and core exercises today with a bit of running mixed in.
I'll probably go for another simple easy half hour run at lunch time too.

13.6 mile run.  Was using this as a indicator for my HIM coming in a few weeks.  Did far better than expected.

Taper week for me.  5 mile run @0530 with an easy pace = 47.00 mins total.

Looks like I may replace my shoes this Saturday.  Didn't think I had the mileage in them yet (~400) but my knee and left foot odometer tell me to get a new pair.  Trisports is hosting a Kona viewing this Sat w/ a 20% off sale (sweet!!) so I'll pick them up then.  Brooks GTS 11's didn't require any break in last time so I'll see about this time since my Oly tri is next weekend (Oct 15th).

2.74 mile run in 22minutes. It felt real good to run again. 8:01 pace

some weight lifting.

also no pain in my foot from tendonititis after this run at this pace.

could it mean that I am back able to run again? (Regular shoes not my five fingers. )

PS today is my birthday!

jealous of the mountain bike ride. I was thinking about seeing if I could squeeze a road ride in after work. I will have to convince the family to hold dinner! Maybe.
